“Confidence is an often probe at people especially among the teenagers. Personally, frequently I have “the bad habit” to ask myself: “Will I be able to? Will I succeed?” I am aware that this is wrong, but it’s hard for me to change it. I won’t give up and I will try be more optimistic, to rely on my own strength, knowledge, but I consider that I need an psychologist’s advice…”
Psychologist: Confidence is a process which is forming gradually, as we are passing through more experiences. The result of this experiences that we are passing through, makes us more or less confidence, but also here that’s arguable, and, in the following, I will explain you why.
The results of an action could be two types: good or less good. Now, here after the final result intervenes each one’s personality and his way of attributes. Some people whose results are less good are discouraged due to this fact, it depends on the sort of assignment that you give to that result. There is interne assignment, which means that, in case a man had reached to a bad result, he blame himself and consider himself the only one guilty. On the other hand, there is assignment when the man blame the situation and other unfavorable elements and not himself. It’s all about how you see and interpret what happens around you. Some people consider any fail like an incentive to go on, others don’t. My advice for you is to identify your own assignment style and after that you can pass at the best assignment for you, which helps you to have high self-esteem and confidence.
