It’s such delightful to admire Nymphaea lotus var. thermalis, an endangered species dating back to the Ice Age and which was declared a natural monument in 1931!
This amazing flower can be currently admired on the main campus of the University of Oradea due to the efforts of researchers who managed to relocate it, because its existence was in danger as a result of the illegal exploitation of the thermal water.
Together, we can determine the authorities to stop its disappearance from the natural environment in order to give these unique flowers the chance to beautify our existence.
