I’m Carla and I want to share with you my unusual lifestyle and I wanna encourage anyone who thought about becoming vegetarian but didn’t actually have the courage. I assure you all that this diet has only benefits and it gives me besides a healthy organism, confidence and a general well-being.

“I know that you don’t have an ordinary lifestyle:you are vegetarian. Can you tell me how did you become one?”

“Yes, I am vegetarian. I used to eat all kind of bad foodstuff ’till mu system started to revolt and gave me signs that I should stop, so I did. ”

 

“What is your diet composed of?”

” I generally eat friuts, vegetables, nuts and lots of smoothies.”

 

“A healthy lifestyle like yours must be accompanied with a sport activity. Which is yours?”

“I really am a very active person, but the activity that I like the most is pilates. This is a combination of yoga and zoo animals moves. It gives me control of my body and improves my posture.”

 

“What is your favourite pose?”

“My favourite pose is The Plank I like it very much because I think it is the most simple move in Pilates and everyone can do it.”

 

“What would you tell people that want to become vegetarian and are discouraged by society?”

“I’d tell them not to let the society decide for them and if they know that this is right, then go ahead and do it!”
