When I think at my high school, a lot of champions occur in my mind, and I don’t say that because I want to improve the image of my school, but the facts speak for themselves. Bogdan Vandici, from XI A, the class of the teacher Ms. Lilla Sandor, is one of the champions of whom we are proud.
His hobbies are powerlifting and bodybuilding which he has been practicing for five months, not because it is cool, but he does that for enjoyment: “The Powerlifting is a big family”.

On 19 and 20 October 2013 a national competition of powerlifting took place in Teius, District of Alba. At this competition there were over 40 competitors, at my classmate’s category, who had four adversaries bigger than him. He succeeded by excellence and he won the second national place at his category.
An advice for the people who want to start practicing this sport: “If you can’t lift it, leave it!” His favorite sample there is the straightening, which he considers the most difficult, but also the most helpful.
