Once upon a time, inside a pomegranate, there was a seed saying “One day, when I become a tree, the wind will be chanting through my branches, and the sun will be dancing on my leaves; I will be a magic tree.” Then, the second seed says: “When I was like you, I also had such dreams, but now, since I can ponder things better, I realize my dreams were in vain.” A third seed also added “I don’t see anything about us that could guarantee such a grandiose future”. “What a bad joke would our life be without a better future!” said the fourth seed. “But for what good is talking about what we will be, since we don’t even know what we are in this very moment?” spoke the fifth seed. “Whatever we’d be, we’ll pursue being what we are”, cried the sixth seed. The seventh seed carried on: “To me, it’s as clear as water how everything will turn out; I just can’t put it into words…” (translated by KELEMEN PETRA)
