„Grow” is a non-formal international programme for students, which consists of 10 workshops taking place during 6 weeks. The workshops are held by international trainers in English language and take place all around the world at the same time. During these workshops students can improve their communication skills, the ability to work in a team, learn how to cooperate, the programme helping them to find their strengths and weaknesses.

Some of the workshops are based on project management or career orientation, so that students can have the opportunity to gain knowledge in fields they don’t study at school.
”Grow” helps students acquire more self-confidence and have the courage to something more than walking to school and returning back home.
For the spring session, students of 9th and 10th grade can apply until the 15th of January 2015. The results will be revealed on the 20th of January 2015 and the sessions will take place between 25th of January and 8th of March 2015. Applying consists in completing the registration form which can be found at http://www.growedu.ro/apply/.
Students of 11th and 12th grades can apply starting on April, as the programme is taking place on two age categories.
