Students from the Journalism section of Onisifor Ghibu High School Oradea are managing a photography contest named ORADEA IN MY SELFIE for both high school and university students. The essence of this project is emphasizing the image of Oradea among today’s young generation.
Those of you who would like to attend this contest are asked to press the “Like” button on the Facebook page ORADEA IN MY SELFIE, then post a selfie. Either alone or with friends, the picture must contain a famous Oradian building in the background.
The owners of most voted pictures will be rewarded with financial prizes, given by the jury and the audience. The lead-jury is University lecturer and art critic, Ramona Novicov. The prize handed by the audience will be given away considering the number of “likes” gathered by each picture. The prize pool is over 1000 RON. Deadline to sending the photos: 21st of May 2014, 6 pm.
The decision regarding winners will be taken next week on Wednesday, 21st of May 2014. On Thursday, an exhibition of the best images will be held at the Visual Arts Gallery, Republicii Street 14, Oradea.
