At the Onisifor Ghibu High School Oradea, on Thursday, 31 January 2012 , came an agent of the international program Youth Bank. Youth Bank is a program launched in 32 countries, including Romania. The purpose of this project is to encourage the young people with good ideas. Practically, if a student has a good idea, Youth Bank gives support and money to make the project.
Although this sounds too idyllic and beautiful, it is not a fraud or a scam because projects like this were made in Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Bucuresti etc. This program began in Oradea in September, first step of the project being occupied with the recruitment of some youngsters from high school. in total, there were chosen 13 students, two of them were from our high school, Ioana Nistor from XD and Roxana Cordea from IX C. The next step is about fundraising from different activities made by those 13 agents from the first step. This money will be used in the third step, for funding the best ideas.
Do you want financing? No problem, you need an idea by which to solve a deficiency from nowadays. If the project is good, Youth Bank will offer you money and support.
From February, you will have the opportunity to show your projects and if they will accept them, you will have to go to an interview, where you will receive more details about making your project. The project will finish in June. In 9 February will be organized a party , the last event organized by Youth Bank, in Avenue Club, beginning with 10 p.m. The entrance will be 15 LEI.
