The employers are spending less time on searching for new employees, so small mistakes that you are making at your first job interview or in your CV can diminish your chances to obtain a job in the company that you are dreaming to work. Evenimentul Zilei has written some notes which you should take into consideration if you are looking for a job.
Don’t write pages in your letter of intention. It must present shortly your job and your experience. Even if you are very qualified for that job you risk to compromise. Search for simple examples of intent letters and then you should write your own one.

Don’t ask for a huge salary. Many employers are asking you to tell them what salary you are expecting to obtain. Write or tell them that you are willing to discuss about this subject. Inform yourself which is the payment for the job that you are interested in.
Don’t apply if you are not qualified. Someone who is desperately searching for a job, can be tempted to apply to all the offers which they find. It’s not a good idea. It’s a waste of time because the CVs are thrown away. Spend your time searching for proper jobs and meet many people.
