The way I diet

I started by giving up sweets, fizzy drinks, and fast food, replacing them with healthy foods. In the morning, I eat oatmeal with fruits, for lunch I have lean meat with salad, and in the evening I prefer soups or light salads.

I also incorporated exercise into my daily routine, starting with long walks, then home workouts, and gradually going to the gym. I drink at least 2 liters of water a day and get enough rest.

I avoid late-night snacks and try not to eat after 7 PM.

This works for me. Maybe it will work for you also.
