OMAD. Treat with caution

It all started with the quarantine. I considered it would be good for me, especially since I should have had three meals, being at home. But everything was not as I thought and I barely ate once a day and because of this I often felt dizzy and did not have enough energy.

From then until now, I try to make a little bit of a routine about food, but OMAD – opne meal a day – is harder than I thought.

In conclusion, don’t do like me and stick to eating more than one meal a day.
