Ever since I made this small change in my life, I’ve noticed some improvements in myself. Initially, it was my mom’s idea when she came across a diet online, and we decided to give it a try together.
The principle of this diet is to cook all your food with lard while avoiding oil, sugar, and milk-based products. At first, I was apprehensive about the taste, but surprisingly, it enhanced the flavors of the food without ruining it. You can’t even tell the difference! Moreover, it’s much healthier for both the body and mind. For instance, I no longer feel as tired as before, allowing me to enjoy life more fully. This diet also resembles the one our ancestors followed, who were much healthier and happier.
The diet is named after a product available on the market that has regenerative properties. It aids the digestive system, strengthens the immune system, and helps with detoxification. This product contains milk whey, essential oils, preservatives, and acidifying agents.
