Teo has been practicing this sport since 2005 at CF Bihorul because his parents wanted him to take up a sport and because he had too much energy.

“I chose this sport because I thought it has something special compared to the others sports.”

In the first day of practice, “I was nervous, because I didn’t  know anyone, but over time I got used to”, but consecutively, after hard work and many sacrifices, he came to have a brown belt with black stripes, which  means that he is an instructor.

“To get to this performance it  took a lot of preparations and ambition”.

He has participated at many competitions, national and global.

Our champion has some advice for those who practice karate: “Continue to practice this sport because it is a way of life and sporting life is really incredible!”

“In the future, I would open my own dojo and have many students to train”, says Teo.
