All the World Have Dreams

We all live this moment, namely the dream, especially during the sleep, but few are people who know its mysteries and significations. That’s why we went to the right person, Cristina Vaida, our school psychologist, in order to find things that we don’t know about moments during the sleeping time.

Reporter:  What is the dream psychologically?

Psychologist: Psychologically, the dream is considered to be a suite of images and psyhic phenomena that appears during the sleep. It is important to know that everybody is dreaming, but not all of them remember what they dreamed about. Together with this dreams appear the eye movement and, if we are awaked in that moments, the dream will be interrupted, but we will remember what we have dreamed anyway. If awaking occurs after the eye movement stop, is very possible not to remember the fact that we have dreamed something.

Reporter: How do they influence us?

Psychologist: Another important aspect when we talk about dreams is also the way they influence us. So, dreams can influence us in a positive way materialized in a positive state of mind and in a negative way materialized in a negative state of mind.

Reporter: Which is the premonitory, cognitive and affective value of dreams? How much can we believe in them?

Psychologist: Dreams can play an important role in our life. In a dream we can manifest, transform and action in the way we want to, it has a value and a purpose of releasing the person. Through dreams, the person can fulfill unfulfilled desires in his real life. Often, through dreams, we can solve the real life problems. In dreams we are passive spectators, the mind is allowed to wander and it could give rise to some original and novel ideas and solutions.

Regarding the idea of dream’s credibility, opinions are divided. Some psychologists, psychoanalysts consider that we should believe in dreams, some others say we shouldn’t.
